What your up to sounds like what im up to, with these 8+ different character sketch/form formats that I've been burning my eyes out on for just about the past month.

the problem I discovered trying to translate some of my characters into your form is it doesn't work as well for cyborgs (or other augmented characters that otherwise may look normal), vehicles with integrated AI's Or my two "doll" characters (they are actually enchanted items that merely look human the "personalities" they develop in each story are mere mockeries of those around them.

I added slots specifically for the numerical stats of characters translated from pen and paper games,(though these only apply to such characters) and as many folks who I do rp and other such things with on line are familiar with both D&D *1st -3.5 ed* as well as white wolf we have found the D&D alignment system when paired with the archetypes gives a nice generalized overview of how they should be played and their general attitudes towards the world in general.


I know I added a slot for titles/ honorifics/ ranks or other sorts of names that further differentiate your character from everybody else ( Captain, LT, guild master, weapon's master, lady, lord, the 1at 2nd's or the fearsome the cruel, the fool; "sees behind trees", of northwood, the elder, the lesser exct...) keeping in mind that a character could have more than one such addition to their name

I added a specific slot for nonstandard things your character habitually caries... for example I have one character with a *sentient* bound weapon; another who uses a whip crafted from the hides of fallen foes (the whip never leaves her person unless it is forcibly taken),and i used to take part in stories where a player character was running around with a demonically possessed item. ^-^ and in any case if there is a piece of nonstandard gear your character carts around habitually It's not something you want to spring on other players or readers. this also covers things like wands and scrolls (A friend of mine once created a changeling chameleon in D&D. the character practically always had a minimum of 1D4 scrolls on them and 1 wand of cure light wounds)

When it comes to the clothing section you have chosen to not include . Yes i did include it my inclusion on that subject is an optional field under appearances and is more focused on what the characters preferences in clothes are, and looks at things like the typical repair of their clothes in general, the colors they prefer and how you would define how they prefer to dress (frumpy, bum-like, business like, classy, flamboyant, or "oh my god it burns my eyes... )

* I had a character who practically ran around in rags until they were adopted(rather ironically being he's never been fed on) by a fallen angel and a vampire.

all forms have been divided into sections that are currently as follows:
creation info& name;
Physical info(including for alt forms);
mental&emotional/ personality;
interpersonal/ relationships;
Skills, abilities, talents and powers;
history/origins;
other misc (include nonstandard gear here)

anyhow... as i compile these 8+ forms together I will likely post the compiled forms section by section in a couple places places.
